This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Pittsburgh. I am obsessed with the Tom Yum Noodle soup. OBSESSED. i cannot come here without getting it. I love that they are authentic and not Americanized like many other locations I have tried around Pittsburgh. Her rice is one of my favorite dishes as well. The spicy fried rice & Thai fried rice are 2 of my favorite rice dishes. She has the best mango sticky rice I’ve tried around the city. The staff are amazing and caring. I come so much they know what i want lol. It’s a very relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

Definitely will go back to try different dishes. Good value, tasty, and great service. Be careful with the spicy levels, which range from 0 to 5. I ordered a 3, and it was super spicy, even for me—and I love spicy food! If you want to play it safe but still enjoy some heat, I recommend going for a level 2. Update: I tried level 2, It’s slightly spicy. I think 2 or under 2 will be a safe zone for people don’t handle too spicy

I love Took Took. The vibe there is relaxing and fun. This was another place I constantly order from and finally decided to dine in. The service was warm and friendly. I had a mango shrimp curry that wasn’t even on the menu. Absolutely delicious. My friend and I enjoyed our meals and their giant Thai teas. The restaurant is small but clean and spotless and business was booming. Fast service, generous portions, friendly staff, reasonable prices, excellent food.

No matter how bad you want to finish the delicious entrees, save room for desert! This cute spot on Murray Avenue has such a sweet homey feel. Our server was excellent, very attentive and friendly. I ordered a Thai iced coffee and to my surprise she brought over a huge tankard filled to the brim I am not complaining by any means, I was on cloud 98 (see what I did there? ) We started our meal off with the Golden Tofu. It was very hot which is essential for good fried tofu. The nuggets could have used a little more salt but only to add to the wonderful flavor of the sweet chili peanut sauce. It kind of made me feel like a kid again eating sweet and sour chicken when my family ordered Chinese food. For our entrees we got the Tom Yum Fried rice with shrimp and the Shrimp Spaghetti Kee Mao. Both incredible and complex with flavors I personally don’t come across everyday. The shrimp spaghetti was a tiny bit too salty in my opinion but not enough to fuss about, I’m more just trying to think of what they could work on. To finish off our amazing meal we got the mango sticky rice! I had somehow never tried this dish until today. I am usually too full by the end but this time I planned ahead!! The warm, gooey rice went so perfectly with the cold, perfectly ripe mango. And then dipping it in the coconut milk sauce was just a dream We will definitely be coming back as we have dubbed this the new best Thai place that we have been to. Thank you for having us! - wellfedartist.net

I loved our meal and experience here. It wasn’t super busy and had the perfect atmosphere to have a good meal and conversation. The food was unique and had a lot of new Thai options I hadn’t seen before. We came in around Christmas and they had all these great holiday details that really made it feel special. Highly recommend trying any of their specials (we tried the Khao Mun Kai, so good) My new favorite restaurant in squirrel hill!

A FOODIE’S GEM: Pittsburgh’s BEST /TOP AUTHENTIC THAI . The menu is totally free of extraneous listings, like those horrid rangoons. It’s a small restaurant with a lovely dining ambience. The staff are so very amiable and very knowledgeable of the menu. The menu is short and sweet. Each listing has a brief description. What’s terrific is that each food has the wonderful spice fragrance characteristic of Thai cuisine: Ginger, Galangal, Kafir lime, Chilies . They also know how to temper chili heat. The 10 “Signature” dishes and 5 “Curries” are what makes this place unique.. Most notable are the terrific Khao Soi, Kai Mun Tod, and Kang Som (curry without the coconut milk). IT’S WORTH TO KEEP COMING BACK.

Some of the best made green curry I've ever had, the meat was cooked perfectly and it was the perfect amount of spice and deep flavor

This quaint little Thai eatery just crashed onto my Top 10 places to eat!! We started with the Thai Tea and Salad Rolls. We finished with the Pumpkin Red Curry with Vegetables, heat level 1 and the Winter "Special" Noodle Bowl with Tofu, heat level 3. Both were very, very, very good.. you literally tasted every ingredient in every bite. Price to portion ratio was very good also. Service was attentive and excellent. Only con is that the rest rooms are down stairs. Thanks for having us!
